About Us

Our Facilities Team at 13320 has a plethora of experience assisting both tenants and guests on a multitude of different platforms. From receiving and distributing packages to overseeing the building’s HVAC, lighting, parking deck, plumbing and all other areas relating to facility maintenance. We also have an abundance of experience in Guest Services, Event Planning, and Conference Center Management hosting an array of events for both our tenants and external guests. We are happy to help you plan and successfully execute your next event whether it be a corporate meeting, team building function, or social event. Our team has the knowledge and understanding of working with a variety of different vendors as well as high-profile, VIP guests and speakers. We believe preparation and communication are the key factors to any successful event. We are flexible, prepared to handle any last minute requests, and pride ourselves on the service we continuously provide our guests.
