Meet our Food and Beverage Team

​In addition to catering being available for our guests at 13320, we also have a full-service Marketplace that is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am-2:00pm. Hot food service is available all day long and every morning from 7:00am-10:00am we offer a variety of breakfast items including eggs made-to-order, breakfast sandwiches, a variety of baked goods, fresh fruit, a yogurt parfait bar, cereal, grits, oatmeal, and so much more. Our Grill or Entree Stations are open from 11:30am-2:00pm. We also have a wonderful Deli Station with hand carved sandwiches that is available. Our Chefs do an amazing job of creating options that are seasonal, fresh and wellness focused. We have everything from creative Chef's Tables to homemade desserts, weekly features, a fantastic fish market, and soup and salad bar.

The Marketplace's overall goal is to provide a great customer experience. Our Executive Chef prides himself on always being available and welcomes feedback pertaining to any suggestions, comments, and/or concerns.

Director of Dining Services
Ashley Broadway

Ashley is from, and still resides, in Lincolnton, NC. Her passion for food began at a young age always helping her dad with preparing mealst for the family. “He was very influential in a way that I knew right away that this was something I was going to do as a career.”

Ashley attended JWU in Charlotte and graduated with her Culinary Arts degree in 2009. She also had her son, Peyton, that same year. Ashley has worked at local restaurants, but became a part of the Eurest team in 2009 when she started working at one of their larger accounts, Lowes Headquarters in Mooresville, NC. From there she worked her way  to Sous Chef, then Chef Manager at Maersk, and now as the Director of Dining Services at SPX FLOW.

Ashley is excited about joining the team and delivering a great food and beverage experience for our customers.

 

Executive Chef
Angie Finnegan 

Angie Finnegan comes to us from Massachusetts, MA. She and her family moved to Georgia for 12 years before coming to Charlotte, NC in 2016. Angie has been married for 30 years, has three children, and is a Nonni to four amazing grandchildren. 

Angie became SPX FLOW'S Executive Chef in January of 2022. Prior to filling this role, she worked her way up from the Catering Chef and then the account's Sous Chef. Angie's hard work and commitment to providing a great customer experience is what has helped her excel within Compass Group. 

While living in Georgia, Angie ran her own bakery making home made pizzas, breads, and desserts. Her successful business was recognized by winning multiple local awards. Her passion is baking and creating healthy food from scratch. She values the importance of hospitality and quality ingredients. 

Spending time with her family is what Angie values the most. Her husband and her enjoy visiting local breweries and restaurants in their free time. Since living in Charlotte, Angie has fallen in love with everything the city has to offer and all the memories she has made with her family.
