Housekeeping and Maintenance Services:

13320 has retained ICCS to provide housekeeping and janitorial services for the corporate office.

The cleaning schedule is as follows:
Monday-Friday, Days - 7:00am to 4:30pm
Monday - Friday, Evenings - 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Guest Services Desk

The Front Desk schedule is as follows:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm 

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services:

Duration of Service: Service is provided through Carriage Cleaners on a weekly basis. Pick-up and delivery days are Monday and Thursday. There will be no exceptions to this schedule.
Laundry Bags: Blue laundry bags will be provided by Carriage Cleaners and can be found in the Dry Cleaning Room on Level P1. Place your clothes in the bag, fill out the luggage tag that's provided, complete the form that's inside of the brochure that's provided, and drop it in your laundry bag. Your laundry will then be ready for pick-up.
Placement of Carriage Cleaner's Laundry Bags: Laundry bags should be placed in the Dry Cleaning Room on Level P1 before 11:00am on the scheduled service day. 
Billing: You will be charged two-three days after service has been completed. 

Mobile Detailing Service

The Facilities Team has contracted Spiffy Mobile Car Wash & Detailing to provide onsite vehicle detailing.

If you are interested in having your vehicle detailed, please follow the process below:

  • Employees will contact the vendor directly to schedule vehicle cleaning service. Please see website for specific services

  • Employees will park their vehicle on P4 the day of the service.

  • Employees will leave their vehicle keys at the Guest Services Desk.

  • Vendor will arrive onsite and check in with security to obtain vehicle keys.

  • Vendor will perform the services requested.

  • Once completed, vendor will return the keys to Guest Services and properly check out.

  • Payment terms are to be set-up directly between the employee and the vendor.

Ballantyne Corporate Card

Northwood has officially launched the new goBallantyne app! It will help you stay connected to all that’s happening in Ballantyne. Features include real-time food truck updates, upcoming events, news, Ballantyne Reimagined info., and a digital version of the BCP Card program called goBallantyne Deals. This program is the new way to receive discounts at local businesses. goBallantyne Deals will be replacing the physical BCP Card program. Moving forward, you must redeem offers through the app. BCP Cards stopped being accepted as of November 1, 2019. If you have any questions regarding the app or would like to gain access to it, please contact Jennifer Honaker at Jennifer.Honaker@spxflow.com.

Facility Service Request

For SPX FLOW only: To submit a service request in the building, login to your iOffice account via Okta (see link below). You can also submit a request through our new Hummingbird app.

For all other tenants: To submit a service request in the building, download a QR Reader to your smart phone via your App Store. QR Codes have been placed through out the building for your convenience. Once you've downloaded the app, scan the QR Code (also below), and it'll take you right to iOffice where you can submit your request.

When using the QR Code FLOW employees will use their work email address to access iOffice. All other tenants will use servicerequest@spxflow.com.

 

Log into https://spx.okta.com and select iOffice to submit a Service Request. 

Conference Center

General Info: 

  • Please complete the request form located under Conference Center Quick Links
  • If you have any questions regarding availability, please feel free to contact Guest Services
  • All attempts will be made to honor each request; however, due to other events occurring at the same time we may not be able to reserve the room you requested.
  • Meeting organizers should make every attempt to utilize the conference rooms on floors. Conference Center rooms are reserved for special events/meetings

Conference Center WiFi:

  • WIFI is available to all guests using the first floor conference rooms. Please see Guest Services for network and password information.

Building Access Badges:

  • All guests need to be pre-registered via Envoy; our Guest Registration Platform. Guests include anyone visiting from another company, contractors, personal visitors, and/or interviewees.
  • Guests must have their badge on them and visible at all times.
  • SPX FLOW: Employees who need guests to have temporary access to the building must complete a Badge Request Form. This form must have a manager's signature and be submitted to Guest Services no longer than 72 hours of his/her arrival. Temporary Guest Access Badges must be returned to Guest Services at the end of each visit.
  • SPX FLOW: Employees who have new hires starting must also complete a Badge Request Form. This form must have a manager's signature and be submitted to Guest Services within 72 hours of his/her first day.

Parking Process:

  • Guests should be encouraged to arrive via hotel shuttle service (if one is provided) or walk if staying close to the building.
  • Guests should park in the visitor spaces upon arrival and check-in. If they are here for an all-day meeting, please encourage them to park in the parking garage. 
  • Guests are discouraged to park at the Dana Rader School of Golf. Cars are subject to being towed.
  • All tenants are free to park on any level of the parking garage.

IT Assistance:

Each conference room includes state-of-the-art audio/visual components. For assistance with your meetings on the first floor, please contact our AV Technician, Chris Bond, at Chris.Bond@spxflow.com. The meeting organizer will be responsible for all the equipment’s operation and trouble-shooting on SPX FLOW floors, however, if you need assistance with these meetings you are welcome to contact Chris. We encourage you to set-up your meeting 30-minutes in advance. Auditorium AV Support will be facilitated via the SPX FLOW Facility Team with five (5) business days advanced notice. Please contact a Facilities Team Member to reserve the Auditorium.


Envoy

Please pre-register your guests using Envoy. Guests include anyone visiting from another company, contractors, personal visitors, and interviewees.

Fitness Facility

Our Fitness Facility is located on the first floor and available twenty-four hours, seven days a week for all full-time employees of the building. Contractors and/or visitors do not have access.

Marketplace

The Marketplace is open Monday through Friday, 7:00am-2:00pm, with hot food service available all day long. Every morning from 7:00am-10:00am, the Marketplace offers a variety of hot breakfast items including eggs made to order, fruit, a yogurt parfait bar, and so much more. Hot lunch is served from 11:30am-2:00pm. The Marketplace's chefs create menus that are seasonal, fresh and wellness focused. We have everything from creative chef's tables to homemade desserts, weekly features, a fantastic fish market, hand carved sandwiches, and a serve yourself soup and salad bar.

The Marketplace's overall goal is to provide a great customer experience, so if you would like to see something on the menu, have suggestions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to email Ashley Broadway, our Director of Dining Services, at Ashley.Broadway@compass-usa.com. She will be happy to listen to your feedback and make any necessary changes.

Don't forget to look for the weekly features on the information screens located on each floor in the pantry area.

Thrive

Thrive, a new mobile ordering application for the Marketplace, has officially launched! We decided to implement this program to help our employees and other tenants save time when grabbing breakfast or lunch each day. With this app, you’re able to order the food you love without having to wait in line for it! THRIVE allows you to order ahead and pay for fresh, delicious, meals YOUR way and on YOUR schedule by skipping lines at the Marketplace’s stations and registers. Download it today!!

We can also custom design a menu for any special occasion such as a holiday party, baby shower or birthday party! We pride ourselves in our ability to meet any need with style and creativity, assuring your event is successful. 

This process has been created to make ordering your food and beverage as easy as possible. We want to make sure that we are providing you with the very best options to select from, so please let us know if there is something you don't see but would like to in our order guide.
